As an audit partner, Tom has over 30 years of public accounting experience. He has significant technical expertise in providing effective financial processes to control costs, maximizing capital during periods of growth and consolidation, structuring and negotiating M&A transactions within the construction, real estate, and hospitality industry.
Tom's clients have included industry leaders like Glimcher Realty Trust, Prime Group Realty Trust, the National Association of Realtors, Lexford Residential Trust, AIMCO, and Dominion Homes.
His experience includes assisting public national companies to design and implement their Sarbanes-Oxley compliance process. Designing financial reporting controls and streamlining the process to utilize a risk-based approach has been highly valued by his clients to ensure significant efficiencies and cost savings.
